Torqx Capital Partners acquires Fri-Jado, a global leader in rotisseries

Torqx Capital Partners (“Torqx”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Fri-Jado B.V. and its affiliated companies (“Fri-Jado” or “the Company”). Fri-Jado is a globally leading manufacturer of rotisseries and hot & cold food presentation equipment for the retail and food-to-go industry. The Company is a spin-out from the Frimex/Fri-Jado group.
