Final results of the Offer for Beter Bed Holding; 98.44% of the Shares obtained
During the Post-Acceptance Period 3.31% of the Shares have been tendered resulting in a total of 98.44% Shares obtained.
Settlement of these additionally tendered Shares will take place on Friday 8 December 2023. Payment of the Offer Price shall be made on the same date for all Shares tendered and delivered during the Post-Acceptance Period. From now on the Statutory Buy-Out Proceedings will commence to obtain 100% of the Shares and Beter Bed Holding will implement the Post-Closing Demerger.
