Torqx Capital Partners acquires majority of the shares of CSi packaging industry
Torqx Capital Partners (“Torqx”) has acquired the majority of the shares of CSi packaging industry (“CSi Packaging”) in partnership with current shareholder and CEO Mark van de Klundert and management. Mark has been with the company since its inception, when he founded CSi Packaging as a division of current owner CSi Industries. Mark will continue in his role as CEO. Torqx will support CSi Packaging to realize further growth, to build on its strong international position in the market for automation of ‘post press’ systems for folding carton manufacturers, and to roll-out existing technologies in adjacent markets.
