Perfect Carwash joins Claro Carwash
Claro Carwash (“Claro”) announces the acquisition of Perfect Carwash. Perfect Carwash started in 1995 with a modest car wash at the Hulshof family’s petrol station in Haaksbergen. Originally active in the oil trade, the family took a further step into the car wash industry in 2008 with the construction of their first modern conveyor car wash. Since then, under the leadership of Rutger Hulshof, Perfect Carwash has grown into a leading car wash chain in the Eastern Netherlands and the Münsterland region (Germany). Today, the group consists of six locations: Haaksbergen, Enschede West, Enschede South, Oldenzaal, Gronau and Dülmen.
Perfect Carwash is known for its exceptionally well-maintained locations equipped with the best car wash technology. Combined with an experienced, independent and service-oriented organisation, this results in a premium car wash experience for its customers. Thanks to continuous investments and strong in-house technical expertise, its car washes rank among the best in the market, and the company has become a highly regarded family business that is firmly established in the region. The acquisition of Perfect Carwash, which, like Claro, operates in both the Netherlands and Germany, is a strong strategic fit with Claro’s growth ambitions. In addition to expanding its network, Claro also welcomes an experienced team with valuable knowledge of both markets. Now that the time has come for owner Rutger Hulshof to hand over the business, he saw Claro as the right new owner.
