ELCEE strengthens Industrial Solution Portfolio with Acquisition of Wegusta and STEECO
Dordrecht, 24 November 2025 – ELCEE Group B.V. announces the acquisition of Wegusta Holland B.V., Wear Solutions International B.V., Wegusta Holland Industrial Services B.V., and STEECO Germany GmbH. This strategic move expands ELCEE’s offering in large castings, low-volume series castings and forgings and heat-resistant & wear-resistant materials, with a strong focus on technical engineered components in the steel, energy, offshore and recycling markets.

With this acquisition, ELCEE expands its product portfolio with wear-resistant materials, large castings, and low-volume castings and forgings series. This strengthens ELCEE’s position in the offshore market by adding castings and forgings alongside its existing bearing solutions. In recycling, Wegusta’s and STEECO’s strong market position and expertise complement ELCEE’s current activities. Together, the companies now offer a broader product range and more technical solutions for demanding industries.
