Torqx Capital Partners (\u201cTorqx\u201d) maakt met genoegen bekend dat het zijn meerderheidsbelang in Ocean Nutrition Europe<\/a> en Marine Nutrition Thailand (gezamenlijk \u201cOcean Nutrition\u201d) heeft verkocht aan Great Salt Lake Artemia<\/a> (GSLA). GSLA is een wereldwijd toonaangevende speler op het gebied van het oogsten, verwerken en ecologisch beheren van Artemia, met een sterke focus op wetenschappelijke innovatie en duurzaamheid.<\/p>\n

Ocean Nutrition, met hoofdkantoor in Essen (Belgi\u00eb) en een eigen productielocatie in Thailand, is een vooraanstaande leverancier van hoogwaardige voedingsoplossingen voor de siervissen- en aquacultuurmarkt. Het bedrijf bedient een wereldwijd klantenbestand met innovatieve voerproducten die bekendstaan om hun kwaliteit en prestaties.<\/p>\n

De oprichters en aandeelhouders Erik Van den Brande en Ward Brijs blijven actief betrokken bij het bedrijf en behouden hun leidinggevende rol. Daarmee is de continu\u00efteit van de organisatie en haar focus op innovatie en klantgerichtheid gewaarborgd.<\/p>\n
